Application for a Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl Great Britain Limited have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Ealing Council for a Premises Licence for Lidl, 90-94 The Broadway, West Ealing, W13 0SY

For sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday. Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HL or licensing@ealing.gov.uk not later than: 30/07/2024.

Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations Must Be In Writing A copy of the application can be viewed on the Council’s website at: www.ealing.gov.uk/info/200063/licences_and_street_trading

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.

Representations must relate to one or more of the four licensing objectives (prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance, and protection of children from harm) and must include your full name and residential address. Anonymous representations will not be accepted.
