Notice is hereby given that Mr Kultar Singh Khalsa has applied to Ealing Council for Premises Licence. Proposed Licensing Activities are: Retail Sale of Alcohol (On/Off Sales): Monday –Sunday: 11:00 – 23:00. For the following premises: Shoor Bazar, Forecourt Unit A2A, Bridge Road Industrial Estate, Bridge Road, Southall, UB2 4AB.
Details of the application can be viewed on the council’s website www.ealing.gov.uk or by contacting the licensing team on 020 8825 6655. Anyone wishing to make representations in respect of the application must notify the Licensing Team, Ealing Council, Regulatory Services, Perceval House, 14 – 16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HL in writing or via email: licensing@ealing.gov.uk by 24/07/2024 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four licensing objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
