PUBLIC NOTICE FOR AN APPLICATION TO GRANT A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that East of England Co-operative Society Ltd have on the 2nd July 2024 applied to Ipswich Borough Council as the Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence in respect of Unit 14: Retail Unit, Ipswich Station, Burrell Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP2 8AL.

The application may be viewed at: Ipswich Borough Council, Grafton House, 15-17 Russell Road, Ipswich, IP1 2DE.

The Proposed Relevant Licensable Activities are: To include the retail sale of alcohol etc between the hours of 6:00 to 23:00 Monday to Saturday and 7:00 to 22:00 Sunday.

Dates between which representations may be made to the Licensing Authority:

Start Date: 03/07/2024

Closing Date: 30/07/2024

Representations must be made in writing to the attention of the Licensing & Systems Officer, Ipswich Borough Council (the Licensing Authority) or by email to licensing@ipswich.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
