Licensing act 2003, Notice of application for the variation of a Premises License

Notice is hereby given that Westbourne Leisure Ltd has applied to Coventry city council for the variation of a premises License for: The Wyken Inn. 219/225 Anstey rd, Coventry, CV2 3FL.

Details of variation: Variation of the Licensing plan due to the extensive renovation of the ground and first floor.

Any person wishing to lodge a representation concerning this application may write to the Licensing authority, The Council house, Earl st, Coventry, CV1 5RR or send an email to licensing@coventry.gov.uk

The application may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address and further information may be available at www.coventry.gov.uk on the public register.

Any representation to this application must be made in writing to the Licensing authority by midnight Thursday 1st August 2024. Please note it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.

The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
