What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Jayavardhan Reddy Gurram has applied to the London Borough of Redbridge to make the following variation to the premises licence at Spicebazar, 110 Cranbrook Road, Ilford IG1 4LZ to provide the following licensable activities:

Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises Monday to Sunday 08:00 hours to 23:00 hours.

Remove following conditions:

Single cans of beers, lagers and ciders shall not be sold at the premises at any time.

No spirits in containers less than 35cl shall be sold from the premises.

A minimum of 4 cans of beer, lager or cider shall be sold from the premises.

There shall be a minimum spend of £5 per transaction on non-alcohol products if alcohol is sold from the premises.

A personal licence holder shall be present at all times alcohol is sold.

Any other persons or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to: The London Borough of Redbridge, Licensing Authority, Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford, Essex IG1 1NY by 24 July 2024.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine liable on conviction for this offence is unlimited.
