What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Partisan Collective Limited has applied to Salford City Council for a premises licence for Partisan, Ground Floor, Islington Mill, James Street, Salford M3 5HW as follows: To permit the sale of alcohol and the provision of regulated entertainment between the hours of 00:00 and 24:00 daily. To permit the provision of latenight refreshment between the hours of 23:00 and 05:00 daily. Full details of the application may be inspected by appointment only by contacting Licensing Section, Salford Council, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford M27 5AW during the Council’s usual opening hours on the Council’s website at www.salford.gov.uk/ licensing-and-permits or by contacting licensing@salford.gov.uk Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 30 July 2024. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
