Variation of Premises Licence

I, Marion Gray HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application has been submitted to Hyndburn Council for a Premises Licence variation in relation to Sparth House Hotel, Whalley Road, Clayton Le Moors, Accrington, BB5 5RP. A brief description of the proposed licence is as follows: 

1. Removal of conditions & addition of more modern conditions. 
2. To add films & anything of a similar description & off sale of alcohol. 
3. To include the additional hour for Sundays prior to a bank holiday. 
4. To increase the times for late night refreshment (non-alcoholic hot food and drink). 
5. To update the floorplan.

The application can be viewed at: https://www.hyndburnbc.gov.uk/ licensing-act-2003-applicationscurrently-in-consultation-2/. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in connection with the application. 

Any such representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority no later than 22nd July 2024 to Licensing Department, Hyndburn Borough Council, Scaitcliffe House, Ormerod Street, Accrington BB5 0PF. They can also be contacted on 01254 388 111 or licensing@hyndburnbc.gov.uk. 

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
