LONDON BOROUGH OF TOWER HAMLETS LICENSING ACT 2003 

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE 

Notice is given that Solid Floor Ltd has applied to London Borough of Tower Hamlets Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for a restaurant premises at 7a Ezra Street, London, E2 7RH for the on-sale of alcohol and late night refreshment during the following hours; Sunday 0900-1930 Monday to Thursday 0900-2230 Friday to Saturday 0900-2330. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Environmental Health and Trading Standards, Tower Hamlets Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1BJ or by email to licensing@towerhamlets.gov.uk website www.towerhamlets.gov.uk.

Representations must be received no later than 1st August 2024. The Application Record and Register may be viewed Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
