NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE

TAKE NOTICE That I Helen Campbell have applied to North Yorkshire Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises license in respect of premises known as The Punch Bowl Hotel Low Bentham LA2 7DD

FOR Indoor Sporting Events, Boxing or Wrestling Entertainment, Performance of Dance, Live Music, Recorded Music (all on premises) Monday to Thursday 11.00 to 23.00 and Friday to Sunday 11.00 to 00.30. Late Night Refreshments Friday to Sunday 23.00 to 00.30 (both on and off premises). Retail Sale of Alcohol Monday to Thursday 11.00 to 23.00 and Friday to Sunday 11.00 to 00.30 (both on and off premises).

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Manager, 1 Belle View Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ by 23 July 2024. Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
