We Copper Lantern Limited of 24 Moss Delph Lane Aughton Ormskirk L39 5DZ have applied to West Lancashire Borough Council for A new premises licence the following has been applied for: the sale of alcohol, recorded and live music.
Hours of operation Monday to Sunday.
Opening Hours 8.00am to 22.30pm
Sale of alcohol 11.00am to 22.00pm and to add the following licensable activities live music from 16.00pm to 21.00pm and recorded music 8.00am to 22.00pm
The application may be inspected at West Lancashire Borough Council, Licensing Section, Robert Hodge Centre, Stanley Way, Skelmersdale, WN8 8EE, between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm on Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief details can be also obtained from the Councils website http://www.westlancs.gov.uk/licensing
Any ‘interested Party’ may make representations in writing to the Council regarding the application before the 21st July 2024. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction anyone doing so is liable to a fine of £5,000.
