NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE
Take Notice that VUR Village Trading No 1 Limited has applied to vary the Premises licence at Village Hotel Warrington, Centre Park, Warrington WA1 1QA.
The variation is to update the layout plan to reflect updates to the lower ground floor and ground floor of the premises. Also to confirm that residents may purchase hot food and drink 24 hours a day Monday to Sunday inclusive and that alcohol will be available to purchase by way of both on and off sales and to remove embedded restrictions now covered by other legislation.
A responsible authority or any other person may make representation which must be in writing about this application to the following address no later than: 24th July 2024 Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, Town Hall, Sankey Street, Warrington WA1 1UH.
A record of the application is contained in the licensing register kept by Warrington Borough Council which is available for inspection free of charge at the above address or at www.warrington.gov.uk between 09.00am and 16.00pm Monday to Friday.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for a false statement is level 5 fine on the standard scale.
