Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence
Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Plymouth City Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at 5 Bravo Way, Plymouth, PL6 5GA.
The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 06:00 and 00:00.
A copy of this application can be viewed on the Council’s licensing register or at the Licensing Office address during normal office hours.
Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority Public Protection Service Manager, Licensing Office, Plymouth City Council, Ballard House, Plymouth. PL1 3BJ. licensing@plymouth.gov.uk (for electronic representations please provide your postal address) at any time up to and including 24th July 2024.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
