What is proposed?

Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council Licensing Act 2003

A new Premises Licence Application has been made by Awa Mini Market Ltd to licence the following premises: 80 St Sepulchre Gate, DONCASTER DN1 1SD. The proposed application is to apply to carry out the following activities licensable activities applied for: OFF Sale of Alcohol, 08:00 to 23:00hrs Mon to Sun. The postal address of the relevant licensing authority is set out below and a record of the application may be inspected there during normal office hours. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to The Licensing Department, Doncaster Council, The Civic Offices, Waterdale, DONCASTER DN1 3BU. Written representations must be received no later than 29/07/24. It is an offence for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
