What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES
LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE
LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that Adam Jones has applied
for a premises licence to North East Derbyshire
District Council in relation to Taste of Seafood, Unit
1, 7 Emmett Carr Lane, Renishaw, Sheffield, S21
3UL to permit the provision of the following
licensable activities: Retail Sale of alcohol for
consumption on and off the premises Monday to
Sunday 12:00hrs – 23:00hrs. Proposed closing time
of the premises Monday to Sunday 23:30hrs.
The licensing register and details of this application
may be inspected during normal office hours at the
below address. Any interested party or responsible
authority may make representations in writing to,
the Licensing Officer, Licensing Section, North East
Derbyshire District Council, District Council Offices,
Mill Lane, Wingerwortth, Chesterfield, Derbyshire,
S42 6NG or by e-mailing licensing@ne-derbyshire.
gov.uk. Such written representation must be
received by 24/07/2024 clearly stating the grounds
upon which the representation is made in relation to
the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application.
The maximum fine for which a person is liable on
summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
