NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES

LICENCE

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the
Licensing Authority of Kirklees Council for a Premises
Licence for the Aldi Store at Huddersfield Road, Mirfield,
WF14 9DA. The proposed licensable activity is the sale by
retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day
of the week between 06:00 and 00:00. Interested parties and
responsible authorities may make representations regarding
the application where they believe that the proposed
activities would undermine any of the four licensing
objectives. Written representations can be made to the
Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown,
Huddersfield, HD1 6LG at any time up to and including
24th July 2024. A copy of the application can be viewed
at the Licensing Office (address below) or online at
www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
