NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE is given that Dinnington Rugby Union Football Club have applied to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Dinnington Rugby Union Football Club, Lodge Lane, Dinnington, Sheffield S25 2PB.
The application seeks consent to allow the sale of alcohol, the provision of live & recorded music and the late night refreshment inside the Club House on every day of the week between 12 noon and midnight and on the playing fields on no more than 6 occasions per year between 12 noon and 11pm,
It is open to any person to make representations to the application. Representations, which can be for or against the application, should be delivered to the Licensing Manager, Riverside House, Main Street, Rotherham, S60 1AE or emailed to licensing@rotherham.gov.uk. The last date for the receipt of representations is 26th July 2024
Any person wishing to view the Licensing Register may do so by visiting the Council’s website, www.rotherham.gov.uk/licensing
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
