NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that I/We The Sound Group NW Ltd (T.A Elxir) of 7-9 Rosemount, Oxton, Prenton, CH43 5SG have applied to Wirral Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as:

Elixir of 7-9 Rosemount, Oxton, Prenton, CH43 5SG

For the following Licensable Activities:-

Live Music: Mon-Sat 11:00-00:00, Sun 12:00-23:30.

Recorded Music: Mon-Sat 11:00-00:00, Sun 12:00-23:30.

Performance of Dance: Mon-Sat 11:00-00:00, Sun 12:00-23:30.

Late night refreshments: Mon-Thurs 23:00-00:00, Fri-Sat 23:00-01:00, Sun 23:00-23:30.

Supply of alcohol: Mon-Thurs 11:00-00:00, Fri-Sat 11:00-01:00, Sun 12:00-23:30.

All the above: Christmas Eve- 09:00 to 01:00, Boxing Day- 09:00 to 01:00, Sunday prior to bank holiday-09:00 to 01:00, New Years Eve- 09:00 to 02:00.

Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey by email to licensing@wirral.gov.uk no later than 18/07/2024.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
