What is proposed?
PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003
To whom it may concern
We Modern Electric Tramways Limited do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a Premises Licence at Underfleet, Seaton, Devon, EX12 2WD and known as Jurassic Discovery.
The application is to: - Cover the provision of regulated entertainment including Plays, Films, Recorded Music, Performance of Dance & Live Music. Supply of Alcohol whereby the sale of alcohol will be consumed on the premises Monday to Saturday 0930 - 2300 & Sundays 0930 - 2200.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ no later than 23rd July 2024. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours or on the Council's website: www.eastdevon.gov.uk/licensing/
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
