What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE

We Busaba Eathai Limited have applied to NEWHAM COUNCIL for a premises licence for: Busaba, 1147 (su1112), The Street Westfield Stratford City, Montfichet Road, London, E20 1EN. So that the following licensable activities may be provided on the following days and hours: Recorded music and sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday 09:00-00:00 and late-night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00-00:00 on such conditions and such other times as set out in the application. Newham Council's Licensing Register is kept at the office of the Licensing Team, East Ham Town Hall, Bartling Road, East Ham, E6 2RP. (open 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday), 020 3373 1925, where details of the application may be inspected, any queries should be sent to llcensing@newham.gov.uk. Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, by no later than the 25/07/2024.

Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safely, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils' Licensing Sub-Committee.

Note: It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up any amount for an applicant to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
