Recorded Music: Mon - Thur 23.00 x 23.59 & Fri

- Thur 23.00 x 23.59 & Fri –Sun 23.00 x 02.00
Anything similar to live music, recorded music
& performance of dance: Mon - Thur 11.00 x
23.59 & Fri - Sun 11.00 x 02.00 Late Night
Refreshment: Mon - Thur 23.00 x 23.59 & Fri - Sun
23.00 x 02.00 Sale by retail of alcohol: Mon - Thur

Anyone wishing to make a representation about this
application must give notice in writing specifying the
grounds of representation to licensing@
buckinghamshire.gov.uk or write to Licensing
Section, Buckinghamshire Council, The Gateway,
Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire,
HP19 8FF where a full copy of the application is
available for inspection. Any representations
against the application must be made in writing and
received by the licensing department at the above
address, by no later than 23rd July 2024. Individuals,
businesses and other bodies may make
representations in relation to the application.
Representations must be relevant and can only be
on the licensing objectives. Note: It is an offence,
liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000 for a
person to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with the application.
