APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legalisation has been made by Suleyman Ustuner to Boston Borough Council which are situated at 12 Red Lion Street, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 6NY
The application applied for is to permit the following licensable activities during the given times:
Sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises
Monday – Sunday: 07.00 hours until 00.00 hours
The register of applications may be inspected at the offices of Licensing and Land Charges Section, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 8QR, during normal office hours.
Any representations by responsible authorities or other persons regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority, Boston Borough Council at the above address by Thursday 18th July 2024.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
