NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Dordon Institute Social Club Ltd has applied to the North Warwickshire Borough Council for a new premises licence in respect of: DORDON INSTITUTE SOCIAL CLUB, BROWNS LANE, DORDON, B78 1TL.
INCREASE OPENING HOURS ON 31st DECEMBER YEARLY TO SERVE ALCOHOL ON & OFF PREMISES TO HOLD REGULATED ENTERTAINMENT ON & OFF PREMISES THE ABOVE WILL BE HELD DURING OUR OPENING TIMES OFF PREMISES WILL NOT EXCEED 11PM Anyone wishing to make representation regarding the application must give notice in writing to Licensing Administration, North Warwickshire Borough Council, The Council House, South Street, Atherstone, Warwickshire, CV9 1DE (Tel: 01827 715341) or Email licensing@ northwarks.gov.uk WITHIN 28 DAYS specifying the ground of opposition. The application & register can also be viewed at the above address during office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000. Should representation be received a public hearing will be held.
