Application for a Premises Licence

I, Vilay Patel, have applied to the London Borough of Hounslow for a premises licence for : Kaap Ltd T/A Subway, Kiosk 2, The Centre Feltham, High Street, Feltham, Middlesex, TW13 4BH. So that the following licensable activities may be provided on the following days and hours: Late night refreshment: Between 11pm and 1am from Sunday to Wednesday; Between 11pm and 5am from Thursday to Saturday. Hounslow Council’s Licensing Register is kept at the office of the Licensing Team, Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow, Middlesex, TW3 3EB or online at https://www.hounslow.gov.uk/info/20193/alcohol_and_pre mises_license/2081/public_records_schedule_of_fees_an d_licensing_policy where details of the application may be inspected. The Licensing Team can be contacted on licensing@hounslow.gov.uk.

Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, by no later than 25 July 2024. Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application.

Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils’ Licensing Sub-Committee.

Note: It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000 for a person to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
