Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence
Take notice that on 25/6/2024 I/we Cafe Frango (Haxby Road) Limited Of Triune Court, Monks Cross, York, YO32 9GZ made application to the City of York Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at the following premises - The Pavilion at the Cocoa Works, Haxby Road, York, YO31 8TA.
The Licensing Application Register can be viewed by prior arrangement with City of York Council Licensing Team (Tel: 01904 552422) at Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Representations to this application can be made in writing by a responsible authority or any other person to City of York Council Licensing Team, Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS, or by email to licensing@york.gov.uk. Representations must be received by no later than 23rd July 2024 being within a 28 day period beginning the first day after the application is made.
Proposed licensable activities and their timings are as follows: - sale by retail of alcohol. Monday - Sunday 08:00 - 23:00
