NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Relsa Stratton Establishment has applied to WESTMINSTER CITY COUNCIL on 25 June 2024 for the grant of a premises licence at (Shadow Licence) 80 Piccadilly London W1J 8HX for the provision of Exhibition of a Film Monday to Thursday 07:00 to 23:30, Friday to Saturday 07:00 to 00:00 and Sunday 07:00 to 22:30, Live, Recorded Music and Anything Similar Monday to Thursday 10:00 to 23:30. Friday to Saturday 10:00 to 00:00 and Sunday 12:00 to 22:30, the provision of late night refreshment Monday to Thursday 23:00 to 23:30 and Friday to Saturday 23:00 to 00:00, and the sale by retail of alcohol (on and off sales) Monday to Thursday 10:00 to 23:30, Friday to Saturday 10:00 to 00:00 and Sunday 12:00 to 22:30, and non-standard timings, as more particularly set out in the application. The application is based on the exact same terms as the current granted licence.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Public Protection and Licensing, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP to be received by no later than 23 July 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.westminster.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
