LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Premises: Food Warehouse, Unit 3, Launton Road Retail Park, Bicester, OX26 4JQ.
Notice is given that Iceland Foods Limited nave applied to the Cherwell District Council Licensing Authority for a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The proposed application relates to: The retail sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Sunday: 07:00 to 23:00.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must jive notice in writing by Monday 22nd July 2024 to Licensing Team, Cherwell District Council, Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury, OX15 4AA. Alternatively, representations may be made by email to: licensing@cherwell-dc.gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly, or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application which carries an unlimited fine.
