NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT 13TH Street Hospitality Ltd has applied to Westminster City Council on 25th June 2024 to vary the premises licence at Sunday in Brooklyn, Basement And Ground Floor, Woodstock House, 10 - 12 James Street, Marylebone, London, W1U 1EE so as to vary the permitted start time for all licensable activities to 9am Monday to Sunday (from 10am). Amend the opening hours for the premises to 8am Monday to Sunday and add non-standard hours as more particularly set out in the application. No change to the terminal hours, permitted activities, or conditions is sought or implied.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Public Protection and Licensing, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP to be received by no later than 23rd July 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.westminster.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
