NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE An application for a Premises Licence has been made by MSZ Brands Limited to City of Wolverhampton Council in respect of premises known as Betsy’s X LDS which are situated at 5- 15 Broad Street City Centre Wolverhampton West Midlands WV1 1JA 

The application is as follows: Late Night Refreshments: Sunday to Thursday 2300 to 0200 hours Friday to Saturday 2300 to 0500 hours 

The above application for a Premises Licence may be inspected via a prearranged appointment. To arrange this, email Licensing@wolverhampton. gov.uk Any representations regarding the application must be made in writing to: Licensing Services, Civic Centre, St Peter’s Square, Wolverhampton, WV1 1SH or electronically to licensing@ wolverhampton.gov.uk by 15 July 2024 It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited).
