(Vivace Cafe & Pizzeria Ltd) is applying for the Grant of a Premises Licence at (99 Alum Rock Road, B8 1ND)

If Granted the application will allow: (Trading of food/LNR) (Monday - Sunday 07:00 - 02:00)

Any person, who wishes to make a representation, must do so by writing to The Licensing Section, PO Box 17831, Birmingham,B2 2HJ Or via email to licensing@birmingham.gov.uk,

Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice, i.e. by midnight on (17th July 2024)

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount. (19/06/2024).
