NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given Rubicon Pastimes Limited has applied to the Hartlepool

Borough Council on 20th June 2024 for the variation of a premises licence for Larry’s Lanes, 15-18 The Front, Seaton Carew, Hartlepool, TS25 1BS. The application is as follows: (1) To change the layout in accordance with submitted plans; and (2) To remove condition 14 from the premises which relates to off sales, and the layout prior to the installation of the bowling facilities. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 18th July 2024, stating the grounds for making said representation to: The Licensing Team, Hartlepool Borough Council, Public Protection Department, Civic Centre, Victoria Road, Hartlepool TS24 8AY or by email licensing@hartlepool.gov.uk Current applications can be found on the council’s website: www.hartlepool.gov.uk   The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
