Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for a New Premises Licence

We, Delli Ltd hereby give notice that an application was made to the London Borough of Hackney on the 21st June 2024 for the Grant of a new Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Delli Ltd, Unit 1E, 1F 1G Zetland House, 5-25 Scnrtton Street London, EC2A 4LF from which the following licensable activities are proposed. Retail of Alcohol for consumption off the premises from 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday. The full application may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at Licensing Team, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, E8 1DY or online at www.hackney.gov.uk.

Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above. The last day for representations being the 19/07/2024.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction of an unlimited fine. 21/06/2024
