Otis News Agent Ltd gives notice that application
has been made to West Northamptonshire Council
to vary the premises licence at: Otis News Agent,
93 Weedon Road Northampton NN5 5BG
For the following licensable activities Mon - Sun:
Sale of alcohol (off) 05.00 x 24.00
Anyone wishing to make a representation about this
application must give notice in writing specifying the
grounds of representation to The Licensing
Department, West Northamptonshire Council, The
Guildhall, St Gile’s Square, Northampton, NN1
1DA. where details of the application may be
inspected or by e-mail to licensing.nbc@
westnorthants.gov.uk. Any representations against
the application must be received by the Licensing
Team at the above address, by no later than the
19th July 2024. Individuals, businesses and other
bodies may make representations in relation to the
application.
Note: It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine
up to £5,000 for a person to knowingly or recklessly
make a false statement in connection with the
application.
