notice that an application has been submitted to
High Peak Borough Council for the Grant of a
Premises Licence in respect of:-
Nik Johns Restaurant, 75 Spring Gardens, Buxton,
Derbyshire, SK17 6BP.
Licensable activities applied for:-
• Late night refreshment:- Everyday:- 23:00 - 01:00
• Sale of alcohol (for consumption on and off the
premises):Everyday:- 08:00 - 01:00
• Opening times of the premises:- Everyday:- 08:00
– 01:30
A Register is held at High Peak Borough Council
containing information of all applications under the
Licensing Act 2003 and can be inspected (by
appointment) at the offices of High Peak Borough
Council, Buxton Town Hall, Buxton, SK17 6EL
between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 13.00 p.m.
Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), or can
be viewed at:- https://www.highpeak.gov.uk/

A responsible authority or any other person may
make representations in writing to High Peak
Borough Council Licensing Team by 15 July 2024.
WARNING: It is an offence knowingly or recklessly
to make a false statement in connection with this
application, the maximum fine on summary
conviction is unlimited.
