What is proposed?

The Licensing Act 2003

I/We Burlison Inns Ltd (Sir William Peel) of Sir William Peel am/are applying for grant of a Premises Licence/ Club Registration Certificate.
If granted, the licence will enable the following to take place: Sale of alcohol on the premises / sale of alcohol off the premises / provision of late night refreshment / provision of regulated entertainment consisting of Sale of alcohol and live music in the courtyard and barn no later than 10pm.
Persons wishing to make representations in respect of this application may do so by writing to Public Protection, Central Bedfordshire Council, Watling House,, High Street North, Dunstable, LU6 1LF, within 28 days from the date of this notice. A copy of the application is also kept at the above address and may be viewed during the normal office hours.
It is an offence under Section 158 of The Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. This who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
