NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 21 June 2024 DLCE Limited applied to Hull City Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Vibe Bar and Cocktail Lounge, Unit 2, City Exchange, Hull HU1 1AA.

The proposed variation is:- To amend a condition which attaches to the premises licence. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Section, Hull City Council, 33 Witham, Hull HU9 1DB no later than 19 July 2024 stating the grounds for representations.

The register of Hull City Council the record of the application may be inspected at the above Council office during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
