Taka Taka Bath Ltd applied to Bath & North East Somerset Council on 19/06/2024 for a license to use the premises at Taka Taka Bath James Street, 12 James Street West, Bath,BA1 2BX for Late Night Refreshment 23:00-02:00 every day
Notification of the application made to the Licensing Authority is available on a register at www.bathnes.gov.uk/licensing-register.
Representations should be made in writing to: Bath & North East Somerset Council Licensing Services Lewis House Manvers Street Bath BA1 1JG or by email to licensing@bathnes.gov.uk by 17 July 2024
Representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting should a hearing be necessary.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is subject to a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
