NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Rossendale Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Land South of Henrietta Street and East of Market Street, Bacup, OL13 0AR. The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 06:00 and 00:00. The place where the record of the application may be inspected and where the register of the Licensing Authority is kept is the Licensing Unit, Rossendale Borough Council, The Business Centre, Futures Park, Newchurch Road, Bacup, OL13 0BB. The record of the application may be inspected between 9 am and 5pm Monday to Friday or at any time at
www.rossendale.gov.uk

Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at the above address at any time up to and including 24th July 2024.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.

The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
