NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that Posy and Akela Limited has applied for a premises licence to Cotswold District Council in relation to Box Bush, Box Bush House, High Street, Bourton-On-The-Water, Cheltenham, GL54 2AN to permit the provision of the following licensable activities:
Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption On and Off the premises Monday to Sunday 08:00hrs – 23:00hrs.

Such written representation must be received by 16/07/2024 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
