TO: WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
We LA Billiards LTD do hereby give notice that it is our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council for the grant of a premises licence to use or permit the use of premises known as:
LA Pool Club, 9 The Boardwalk, Brighton Marina, Brighton, BN2 5WA
for the following licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises:
Indoor sporting events: 23:00 - 01:00 Monday – Sunday
Recorded music: 23:00 - 01:00 Monday – Sunday
Provision of late-night refreshment: 23:00 - 01:00 Monday – Sunday
Supply of alcohol: 08:00 - 01:00 Monday – Sunday
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant, should send to EHLIicensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP no later than 10/07/2024 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
