What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003: Application for Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Henley Retail PT Limited has
applied to Preston City Council for the grant of a new
Premises Licence for One Stop, 1 Empire House, 19A
Church Street, Preston PR1 3BQ. The proposed application
is for the provision of the sale of alcohol for OFF sale on
Mondays to Sundays 06:00 until 23:00. Any person who
wishes to make a representation in relation to this
application must give notice in writing of their
representation by 15th July 2024 stating the ground for
making said representation to: Premises Licensing, Preston
City Council, Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston PR1
2RL. The public register where applications are available
to be viewed by members of the public and can be accessed
online by visiting www.preston.gov.uk and following the
links. The Licensing Authority must receive representations
by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have
regard to any such representation in considering the
application.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003
to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in
connection with an application for Premises Licence and
there is an unlimited fine on being convicted of such
offence.
