What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003

Application has been made by Marston’s PLC to the Licensing Authority of Blaby District Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Red Lion at 8 Church Street, Sapcote, Leicestershire, LE9 4FG. The application includes the following terms:

1. To license external areas (for the sale of alcohol) as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority.

During office hours arrangements may be made for the Licensing Register to be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Blaby District Council, Council Offices, Desford Road, Narborough, Leicestershire, LE19 2EP (www.blaby.gov.uk).

Representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority. The last day for representation relating to this application is: 22 July 2024

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
