Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Barnsley House Trading Limited in respect of Premises known as THE PIG, Barnsley House, Barnsley, Cirencester Gloucestershire, GL7 5EE has applied to Cotswold District Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.The proposed variation is to licence the sale of alcohol from mini bars in the bedrooms of the hotel to residents 24 hours a day and permit the sale of alcohol usually at private functions or events in the grounds of the hotel shown edj^dyellow on drawing number 595 LC10 B sent to the Licensing Authority with this application from 10:00 to 23:00 / days a week.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing, Environmental & Regulatory Services, Cotswold District Council, Council Offices, Trinity Road, Cirencester, GL7 IPX or by e-mail sent to ers@cotswold.gov.uk stating the grounds for representation no later than 8th July 2024. The register of Cotswold District Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.cotswold.gov.uk/. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
