LICENSING ACT 2003, APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Torbay Council’s Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises shown below Details of the application can be inspected on the Torbay Council website at www.torbay.gov.uk/licensingact2003 and at the offices of the Executive Head of Community Safety, Torbay Council, c/o Torquay Town Hall, Castle Circus, Torquay TQ1 3DR between the hours of 9.30am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

Any interested party or responsible authority wishing to make a representation in respect of this provisional statement application should do so in writing to the above address before the date specified below.

All representations must include the full name, address and contact details of the interested party, or responsible authority making the representation.

Representations submitted after the specified date cannot be considered.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is £5000.
