NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Diverse Dining Ltd has applied to Birmingham City Council on 18 June 2024 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Shake Shack - Unit 32 Grand Central, Stephenson Place, Birmingham, B2 4BF for the provision of late night refreshment and the sale by retail of alcohol, Monday to Sunday 08:00-00:00, plus NYE non-standard timing, as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Birmingham City Council, General Licensing Regulation & Enforcement, P.O. Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ or by email to: licensing@birmingham.gov.uk to be received by no later than 15 July 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.birmingham.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
