Darren Patrick McClure have applied to SOUTH STAFFORDSHIRE COUNCIL for a premises licence for: Kewford Eagles Football Club, 3 Swindon Road, Kinver, Kingswinford DY6 0AW So that the following licensable activities may be provided on the following days and hours: Social eats events ltd providing a Street food & music festival.

Provision of Live music on Saturday 06th July 2024 from 12 noon - 10pm Provision of Recorded music on Saturday 06th July 2024 from 12 noon - 10pm Performance of dance on Saturday 06th July 2024 from 12 noon - 10 pm Supply of alcohol on and off the premises on Saturday 06th July from 12 noon - 10pm Please contact South Staffordshire Council's Licensing Team, Council Offices, Wolverhampton Road, Codsall, WV8 1PX, 01902 696000, email: licensing@sstaffs.gov.uk to arrange inspection of the application details.

Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, by no later than the 25th June 2024

Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils' Licensing Sub-Committee. Note: It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000 for a person to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
