What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Majestic Wine Warehouses Ltd has applied to Plymouth City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Majestic Wine Warehouse, Part of GF, Elsie Margaret House, 17 William Prance Road, Plymouth, PL6 5ZD.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: 1. Sale/Supply of alcohol (off the premises only) and opening hours 08:00 – 23:00 Monday to Sunday. Please see application submitted to council for full details.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Office of the Director of Public Health, Licensing Department Public Protection Service, Plymouth City Council, Ballard House, Plymouth, PL1 3BJ or by e-mail licensing@plymouth.gov.uk no later than 18th July 2024 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Plymouth City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours by appointment (01752 304141) or on the council’s website - www.plymouth.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
