High Street - Application for new premises licence

Notice of application for a new Premises Licence Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by DPSK Limited in respect of Domino's, 77 High Street, Newport, Shropshire,TF10 7AU for a new premises licence.

The proposed application is to provide late night refreshment on Fridays and Saturdays from 23:00 to 03:00 the following morning; premises to close to the public at 23:00 and will then continue to operate solely as a delivery service until 03:00. 

Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the Licensing Authority at Licensing Team, Telford & Wrekin Council, Darby House, Telford, TF3 4JA where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority’s normal office opening hours by prior appointment. 

Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding this application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 15 July 2024, stating the grounds for the representations. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
