What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Birmingham City Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence under the above Act on 13th June 2024 by Beau Eateries Limited in relation to The Pig and Tail, 13-15 Albion Street, Birmingham, B1 3ED.
It is proposed that the premises licence will be varied by the modification of hours for licensable activities.

Representations to this application must be made in writing by 11th July 2024
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make such a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
