TO : WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I, Lucie Dolinek, do hereby serve notice on 12th
June 2024 that it is my intention to apply to
Lewes District Council for the grant of a new
premises licence or club premises certificate to
use or permit the use of premises known as
Drink & Dine 14 Newhaven Square,
Newhaven BN9 9QS for the following licensable
activities or proposed variation: Supply of
alcohol on and off premises Sunday to Thursday
08:00-23:00, and Friday to Saturday 08:00-
24:00,and late night refreshment indoors and
outdoors Monday to Sunday 23:00-24:00.
Any person who desires to make a
representation to the grant should send a brief
written statement of the grounds of his/her
objection to licensing@leweseastbourne.gov.uk or Licensing Team
Southover House Southover Road Lewes BN7
1AB no later than midnight on 10th July 2024.
The register and records of applications may be
viewed at the above council office during normal
office hours; summaries are available via
www.lewes-eastbourne.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with an
application, the maximum penalty for which a
person is liable on summary conviction is an
unlimited fine.
