Notice of an application to vary a Premises Licence Section 34 Licensing Act 2003
NOTICE is hereby given that Smokies Entertainments Limited has applied to Rochdale Borough Council for a premises licence variation in respect of Mercure Norton Grange Hotel & Spa, Manchester Road, Castleton, Rochdale, Lancashire, OL11 2XZ. The variation is sought to change the layout of the premises in accordance with submitted plans. In all other respects the premises licence will remain the same.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to Licensing Manager at The Licensing Unit, Number One Riverside, Smith Street, Rochdale, OL16 1XU or on lic.applications@rochdale.gov.uk Representations must be received by 17th July 2024.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
